Police say Stillwater man choked victim

A Stillwater man was arrested on a felony charge of obstructing breathing following a domestic incident, the Stillwater Police Department said. Albert M. Hornick, 38, also faces a third-degree assault charge in connection with an incident that occurred early Sunday. Police accuse Hornick of choking his victim, causing temporary loss of consciousness and neck injuries. Hornick was arrested Monday at a residence in Mechanicville.
