Albany sex offender accused of harassing public employees

An Albany sex offender has been arrested after authorities say he repeatedly harassed female county employees for sex in exchange for money. The Albany County Sheriff’s Office says it learned late last week that 49-year-old George M. Stott, of 115 Grand St., had been contacting employees at the county’s Department of Mental Health.
