Schenectady woman accused in benefits case

A city woman received more than $3,700 in housing assistance that she wasn’t entitled to by failing to report income from her son, authorities said. Melissa A. Isabella, of Steinmetz Homes, faces one count of third-degree grand larceny, and two counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, felonies.
