Two charged in Schenectady attack

An attack with a skateboard has resulted in the arrest of two men on robbery charges, authorities said. Thomas A. Brown, 30, of State Street, faces one count of first-degree robbery, a felony. He was arrested Thursday. Also charged was Joshua A. Vasquez, 20, of Front Street. Vasquez was arrested Aug. 8.
