Florida man faces weapons charge

A man from Florida was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony, on Friday. Robert W. Browne, 60, of Sarasota, Florida was stopped Friday night by Guilderland police. According to the police press release, Browne appeared to be confused and was unresponsive to officers.
