Drug, weapons charges filed after Scotia traffic stop

Three people were charged with gun and drug possession after a traffic stop Wednesday in Scotia. Shortly after 10 p.m., officers stopped Mikisha Brown, 22, of Schenectady, for driving 52 mph in a 30 mph zone, heading south on Route 50 in a Chevrolet Cobalt, Scotia police said.
