Schenectady council plans to improve animal shelter

Finally the city council is doing something right. You don't see that too often. Let's see if they follow through though.

I want to see who'll volunteer to ''eat off the floor.'' An option offered by special ed. This guy has a vote in our governance. The voters did not elect him this time. Lets not poison ourselves by electing him in November.
