Schenectady council plans to improve animal shelter

Schenectady will work with animal welfare groups to improve the city shelter, Schenectady City Council members said Monday. I want to see who'll volunteer to ''eat off the floor.'' An option offered by special ed. This guy has a vote in our governance. The voters did not elect him this time. Lets not poison ourselves by electing him in November.
