Saratoga man gets up to 3 years for DWI crash

Legally drunk and high on marijuana, Daniel Stack crossed over a double yellow line on Route 146 in Clifton Park and slammed his 2009 Honda Civic head-on into another vehicle at noon on Aug. 22. The 27-year-old Saratoga Springs man’s vehicle crumpled a 2007 Camry.
