As the opening day of the Altamont Fair draws near, fair officials are excitedly preparing attractions both old and new to wow fairgoers at the 121st annual, six-day tri-county event. Sticking with tradition, the fair, which kicks off Tuesday, will have all of its usual suspects, including horse pulls, fried foods, rides, games, and cattle, goat, horse, rabbit, pony and sheep shows.
