This only costs the average homeowner $4 a year, then they'll add another thing that will only cost the average homeowner $4 a year and another thing and another thing.... Didn't anyone read that the cap is going to be less than 2% next year?

That's the problem with the thinking (if you could call it that) of the council - every little bit adds up. And the pension costs are outrageous. Again - why do we need a police chief, a fire chief and Wayne Double Dipper Bennett????

This is the result of disordered thought found in TYPE A PERSONALITIES. Type A Lady totally misses four or five contexts in which competent leaders must operate.
Her mission gets sabotaged by short sighted unfocussed bursts of energy. Per the article, she never thought to prep her witness, nor her peers. Thus, nothing got done. AGAIN
