A city man was charged Tuesday with shooting an unidentified victim with a shotgun Monday night. Kevin Johnson, 52, of 14 Franklin St., was charged with second-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment, both felonies. Police responded to a report of a loud party and gunshots, and officers investigated and found evidence of a shotgun fired in the vicinity of North Street.
