Man allegedly grabbed cop's gun in Waterford

A Troy man fought with a Waterford police officer Monday morning and a passerby helped police subdue the man, police said. The driver also grabbed the officer’s weapon and caused the gun’s magazine to dislodge and fall to the road, police said. Not only did the passerby put himself in a dangerous situation but took the time to help his fellow man... Great job passerby you could of possibly saved that officers life.. The moron Riley should have had a lot higher bail set. you don't take an officers gun unless you plan to use it.. And that is the scary part the officer could have been shot and killed.. The judge needs to wake up...
