Teens allegedly smashed expensive window in Schenectady

Two city teens stand accused of smashing an expensive window, authorities said. Nicholas Irizarry, 18, of Second Avenue, and Nashon A. Ramsey, 18, of Albany Street, face one count each of second-degree criminal mischief, a felony. Irizarry and Ramsey are accused of throwing a hard object at the front window of Orion Boutique on Jay Street early Tuesday, breaking it. Damage was estimated at about $3,000, according to papers filed in court.
