Police: Schenectady woman tipped over ATM

A city woman intentionally tipped over an ATM at an Albany Street business Monday, damaging it in the process, authorities allege. Leona M. Miller, 41, of Georgetta Dix Boulevard, faces one count of second-degree criminal mischief, a felony. She is accused of knocking over the ATM at NY Smoke Shop and Grocery, 878 Albany St., just after 10 p.m. Damage to the machine was estimated at $3,500. She also faces a violation-level count of trespass.
