Special ed is a complete idiot and major embarrassment. If he had any sense at all, he'd realize the primary reason he's ever been elected to any city wide office is because his surname resembles Eastern European surnames. His lack response shows his inability to grasp the need to back up his utterances with facts. Nuances are totally beyond this guy.

If he owned a basketball team, he'd be banned for life.
