Man indicted in connection with Clifton Park crash

A Saratoga Springs man was indicted Wednesday in connection with an August 2013 accident in Clifton Park that occurred while he was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. Daniel C. Stack, 26, of Jefferson Street, faces a felony charge of second-degree vehicular assault as well as misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated and driving while impaired by drugs.
