The New York Power Authority is looking to renew the operating license for its hydroelectric plant on the Schoharie Creek. NYPA filed preliminary documents Thursday with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to relicense its Blenheim-Gilboa Pumped Storage Power Project.
