Schenectady man convicted of armed robbery

The trial of a man accused in an August of an armed mugging ended Friday with his conviction, a prosecutor said. Rasheed J. Gamble, 20, was convicted by a Schenectady County Court jury of first-degree robbery and other counts in connection with the early morning Aug. 30 robbery.
