Pitcheralle won't seek re-election as Saratoga County treasurer

Saratoga County Treasurer Samuel Pitcheralle has decided not to seek re-election this fall. Two potential Republican candidates have emerged: Ken Ivins Jr. and Andrew “Drew” Jarosh, both of Saratoga Springs, are circulating resumes.
