15th vigil for crime victims slated Sunday in Saratoga

The 15th annual Candlelight Vigil for Victims of Crime will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Presbyterian-New England Congregational Church, 24 Circular St. The event, sponsored by the Saratoga County district attorney’s office, launches National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
