Glens Falls police probe dog’s death
GLENS FALLS Police are seeking the public’s help in investigating the suspicious death of a dog found near the Haviland’s Cove Beach.
The dog was found near the Hudson River shore on Thursday, described as a small, tan “designer breed” dog. Police said its muzzle and legs were bound, and it appeared to have drowned.
The dog is believed to have been 2 to 4 years old, and to weigh about 12 to 14 pound.
