Glens Falls police probe dog’s death

Police are seeking the public’s help in investigating the suspicious death of a dog found near the Haviland’s Cove Beach. The dog was found near the Hudson River shore on Thursday, described as a small, tan “designer breed” dog. Police said its muzzle and legs were bound, and it appeared to have drowned.
