Woman accused of Schenectady burglary

A city woman broke into a residence and Monday and stole items, authorities said. Faith A. Bertrand, 22, of Edison Avenue, faces one count of second-degree burglary, a felony, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She is accused of breaking into the Daggett Terrace residence Monday afternoon and taking a Blackberry and a sweat shirt, according to papers filed in court.
