Albany man accused of DWI after Clifton Park crash

An Albany man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated after an accident Saturday evening. Jeffrey D. Horton, 40, of Wellington Avenue, was arrested Sunday upon his release from Albany Medical Center, where he was treated for an eye injury, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department said.
