Stillwater trail project picked to vie for state grant

A trail project in Stillwater has been identified by the Capital Region Economic Development Council as a priority for the latest round of funding requests in the statewide competition. The town of Stillwater is looking to develop two miles of multi-use trail as part of the envisioned 71-mile Champlain Canal Trail.
