Man faces felony in alleged gun firing

A Sharon man accused of firing a gun inside a home during an argument is facing felony charges, according to the Schoharie County Sheriff’s Department. Philip Loupin, age not provided, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, a felony, and two counts of second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.
