NYC man sentenced on drug sale charge

A New York City man was sentenced to five years in prison on a drug charge during an appearance Monday in Saratoga County Court. Levar N. Proctor, 36, was sentenced by County Court Judge Jerry J. Scarano after pleading guilty to attempted third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
