Fulton County man accused in mother’s death faces murder charge

A Fulton County grand jury handed up an indictment Thursday against the Ephratah man accused of killing his mother with a .22-caliber rifle in July. Dibble, 29, faces five charges including second-degree murder. Dibble was arrested shortly after his 57-year-old mother, Gwenda Lisman, was found dead July 1 in her Mud Road home.
