A national restaurant chain wants to build a new 208-seat restaurant on the site of the former Teresa’s Restaurant next to the Hannaford Plaza on Route 50. The owner of the property, MSF Mayfair LLC, submitted a conceptual site plan for the restaurant to the town of Glenville Planning and Zoning Commission to review at its Nov. 4 meeting. Plus if they end up coming and are not discouraged like other businesses have been in the past, wouldn't it make more sense for them to build across from Price Chopper in the weed infested lot that has also been taken over every year by politicians signs?
