wmarincic - Interesting link. Seems that in 2007 "CGI was one of 16 vendors to qualify under the Bush administration to provide certain tech services for the government. This meant the company could be assigned government contracts worth up to $17 billion until 2017 without having to bid publically for them."

And janesjoys tries to blame Bush yet again. CGIs contract with Canada was cancelled in 2012 due to their performance. Plenty of time for the messiah to pick another contractor. Unfortunately cronyism and coverup are mainstays of this administration.

And why was their firms contract not renewed after 07, Bush was in office until 08. Could it be that their service quality was not up to par for other work they had done? It's Bush's fault, it's Bush's fault.
