Cobleskill police say woman sold heroin in presence of tot

Police lodged drug and child endangerment charges against a local woman accused of selling heroin in the presence of her 2-year-old daughter. Amber R. Sager, 21, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, according to a release from the Cobleskill Police Department.
