Repairs more than 75% done at Colonial Square complex

Renovations are more than 75 percent complete at a 200-unit Amsterdam apartment complex that was threatened with foreclosure last year because it was so run down. Now called Colonial Square, the former Holland and Highland Gardens apartments off Church Street and Clizbe Avenue failed several inspection by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the spring of 2012.
