County officials will auction off 71 properties Saturday morning, including the former Draper School in Rotterdam and several notable commercial parcels in Glenville and Niskayuna. Only four of the original 75 properties listed for auction were withdrawn from the block as of Friday evening. They include a small restaurant on Guilderland Avenue and a single-family home on Floral Avenue in Rotterdam, plus two vacant parcels of land in Princetown and Glenville. Still up for bid ...
