A Cobleskill man faces multiple felonies, accused of baiting and trapping his neighbor’s cats, state police said. Donald P. Brown, 65, faces a total of four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, felonies. Brown is accused of batting and trapping four cats belonging to his neighbor about two weeks ago. What good are the laws if judges release these people without high bails and then give them the maximum amount of time. Until we show that there will be consequences it is just another useless law.
