— Police allege two Fulton County men threatened a victim in an attempt to steal money Friday at the Fulton County Visitor Center in Mayfield.

Joshua P. Moore, 24, and Samuel T. Moore, 20, were charged with first-degree attempted robbery, endangering the welfare of a child and petty larceny, according to state police.

Police in a news release said a victim reported being approached by two suspects at the Visitor Center at 3687 state Route 30 sometime before 5 p.m., when police got the call.

The victim was able to give a description of the suspects, and police in a news release said the pair were found in “the area.”

Both men were arraigned and sent to the Fulton County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
