Schoharie County man charged with violating order of protection

Police allege a Schoharie County man violated an order of protection by possessing weapons in his car and a gun in his home. Roy C. Nicolai, 58, of 261 Nicolai Road, West Fulton, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, according to a news release from state police.
