Kidnapping charge added for suspect in Albany abduction attempts

The Albany man arrested Tuesday in connection with the attempted abductions of two college-age women has had second-degree kidnapping added to the list of charges against him, police said. Anthony D. Collins, 54, was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.
