Ice skating delayed at Empire State Plaza

The Empire State Plaza Ice Rink, originally scheduled to open today, won’t open for another week due to unfavorable weather conditions, officials said. The rink is now set to open at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, with free skate rentals for opening day, courtesy of Hannaford Supermarkets.
