Albany County has taken aim at Styrofoam — sort of. But the ban its Legislature approved Tuesday night, which applies only to businesses with at least 15 outlets nationally — in Albany County, that’s not too many — is a start. I've got four garbage bags of expanded foam packing material stashed in my shed waiting for the time I can dispose or recycle them with a clear conscience. Most of it I acquired outside of any idiotic "ban" the county may enact; mail-order. How about a solution with some substance to it?
