Galway town supervisor to leave office a month early

Galway will have a new town supervisor sooner than most people expected. Current Supervisor George Hargrave, who did not seek re-election, will give up the office Dec. 1, to be replaced by Paul Lent, a Town Board member who won last week’s supervisor election.
