Police say Rotterdam drug delivery halted

Local police and federal agents stopped a planned delivery of cocaine and heroin this week, authorities said. The incident happened Wednesday in Schenectady, according to papers filed in U.S. District Court in Albany. Arrested and charged federally with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance was Anthony Ayala of Brooklyn, age unavailable.
