Saratoga Springs driver indicted in death of pedestrian

A Saratoga Springs man was indicted on a vehicular manslaughter charge Wednesday for allegedly hitting and killing a pedestrian with his pickup truck while he was drunk. Paul E. Nicholson II, 28, of Marion Avenue, is accused in the death of Jamie Jo McBride, 55, of Mukilteo, Wash. McBride was struck at 3:40 p.m. June 7 by a pickup that police said was driven by Nicholson.
