Two face charges of possessing crack cocaine in Gloversville

Gloversville police arrested two people Tuesday on crack cocaine charges. An officer stopped a rental vehicle on Carpenter Street and determined that neither the driver nor passenger — Justin Jansen, 25, of 330 Division St., Schenectady, and Chiffon Butler, 26, of 426 Central Ave., Hamilton, N.J., respectively — were on the rental agreement.
