A Troy man face stands accused of choking his girlfriend and breaking her television, authorities said. Keita Williams, 42, of 313 Ninth St., is accused of choking his girlfriend Saturday morning at a Van Vranken Avenue residence, impeding her breathing and violating an order of protection, according to papers filed in court.
