"Keep confidential information confidential" is as close to absurd as any wording I've ever heard a lawyer create! We have a Freedom of Information Law & an Open Meetings Law in our state that are specifically designed to minimize unnecessary claims of confidentiality. Strike it out, Canal Corporation, Alderman Dybas is right on this one.
