Four area men were charged Thursday with patronizing prostitutes, Schenectady police said. The men were arrested during a city police Special Investigations Unit operation with the state police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team. The operation was conducted Thursday evening and focused on those who patronize prostitutes. Charged with one count each of third-degree patronizing a prostitute, a misdemeanor, were: Johnny R.
