2 people headed to prison in Saratoga County drug cases
BALLSTON SPA A Waterford man and a Schenectady woman each were sentenced Tuesday in Saratoga County Court to two years in state prison for trying to sell drugs in unrelated cases.
Dylan J. Dinardo , 23, of 165 Saratoga Ave., was trying to sell heroin out of his home when he was arrested in October, authorities said previously. He pleaded guilty in March to third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Cherese Lynn Snare, 25, of 1571 Foster Ave., also pleaded guilty in March to third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance. She was charged in June in Clifton Park.
Also this week in county court:
* Robert W. Cook, 27, of 14 San Luis Road, Gansevoort, was sentenced Tuesday to eight weekends in Saratoga County Jail for failing to report an address change within 10 days. He pleaded guilty in March to the charge.
* Darren Baker, 52, of 4293 State Highway 30, Lot 105, Amsterdam, was sentenced Monday to one to three years in state prison on a felony third-degree criminal mischief charge and six months for misdemeanor fifth-degree arson, to run concurrently, plus $1,359 restitution.
Baker was charged in September in Saratoga Springs.
* Eric J. McIntosh, 22, of 412 Walnut St., Corinth, was sentenced Monday to time he already served in jail, five years of probation and $600 restitution for second-degree forgery.
He was charged in December in Corinth and pleaded guilty in March.
