Gloversville man, 23, accused of assault

A city man is facing an assault charge for allegedly injuring another man at a market. Angel Alexis Cartagena, 23, of 11 Fox St., was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment, according to a release from the Gloversville Police Department. The charges follow an investigation into the discovery of the victim found unconscious March 9 in the parking lot of the Country Farms store at 198 S. Main St., according to the release. ...
