More than 9,000 take Workforce Challenge

Nearly 9,100 runners and walkers representing more than 450 organizations took to the streets of downtown Albany tonight for the annual CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge. The 3.5-mile race is organized by the Hudson Mohawk Road Runners Club as a major fundraiser for the group. Proceeds this year were also donated to the Double H Ranch and Capital District Community Gardens. The overall winner was Alex Leuchenka of Fleet Feet Albany, who finished the race in ...
