Man charged with felony DWI after accident

A Gloversville man was charged with his second felony DWI Friday after hitting another vehicle with his own and then driving away, according to police. Gloversville police responded to a report of a hit-and-run Friday afternoon that damaged a vehicle, and were given the license plate number of the fleeing car.
