Forgery plea draws 5-year probation

A Glens Falls woman was sentenced Wednesday to five years’ probation on a forgery plea. Melissa L. Burke, 45, also was ordered to attend drug treatment court. She had pleaded guilty in January to committing second-degree forgery in September in Saratoga Springs. Also Wednesday in Saratoga County Court: Kimberly Nacy, 43, of Victory Mills, pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence in February 2012 in the town of Saratoga.
