Forgery plea draws 5-year probation

— A Glens Falls woman was sentenced Wednesday to five years’ probation on a forgery plea.

Melissa L. Burke, 45, also was ordered to attend drug treatment court. She had pleaded guilty in January to committing second-degree forgery in September in Saratoga Springs.

Also Wednesday in Saratoga County Court:

Kimberly Nacy, 43, of Victory Mills, pleaded guilty to tampering with physical evidence in February 2012 in the town of Saratoga.

Chad Alonzo, 27, of 83 Jolly Road, Stillwater, was sentenced to time served plus five years probation and drug treatment court for criminal possession of stolen property, to which he admitted in November.

Patrick C. Brown, 30, of 4 Walsh Road, Corinth, was sentenced to time served in jail, five years probation and drug treatment court for driving while intoxicated in November in Wilton.
